about highways news

WHAT WE DO

Highways News was set up to support and promote the highways sector and associated disciplines at one of the most challenging and rewarding of times in the history of the sector.

Our mission is to help the sector deliver an improved, more efficient and effective service to enable those of us in it to play our part in helping provide thriving communities and a better place to live, work and travel between.

We aim to achieve this by simply providing you with news and intriguing insight… that’s all.

Highways News will feature latest stories about the industry, from contract and personnel changes to updates on design, maintenance and construction plus the latest advances in technological solutions, the environment and safety, as well as examples of best practice.

The daily newsletter will feature short, sharp, unsensationalised stories of interest to all in the highways and transport sectors. The industry moves so quickly that we believe people need a quick update every day to be across everything that goes on.

With 30 years of sector experience between Paul Hutton and Adrian Tatum, we are confident that Highways News will provide in-depth knowledge and insight into how the highways sector and associated disciplines work. It will also provide industry opinion and articles that provide the sector with the necessary information on how to do their job more effectively and efficiently.

Our daily newsletter will reach right to the heart of the sector, to the people that not only makes decisions but are directing, managing, planning, delivering and maintaining the national, local and regional network every day.
