Two joint winners emerged: Circular 11, with their infrastructure products made from hard to recycle plastics and Clearview Intelligence, whose SolarLite road studs offer a lower carbon solution to road lighting and safety.

ADEPT Live Labs 2: Decarbonising Local Roads in the UK is a three-year, UK-wide £30 million programme funded by the Department for Transport that aims to decarbonise the local highway network.
