Deadlines approaching for the LCRIG Innovation and Learning Festival 2026

With important deadlines fast approaching, organisations planning to take part in the LCRIG Innovation and Learning Festival 2026 are encouraged to act now.

Taking place on 24 and 25 June, the Festival continues to bring together the highways and road infrastructure community for two days of live demonstrations, CPD-accredited learning, exhibitions and purposeful networking.

If you are planning to apply to deliver a CPD session, or secure a start-up zone place, the key deadline of 27 February is fast approaching.

CPD Technical Training Applications

Applications close 27 February

One of the central features of the Festival is the CPD-certified technical training programme, delivered exclusively by sponsors and exhibitors.

To be eligible to apply, organisations must book their exhibition space by 27 February.

These sessions provide a structured platform to:

  • Share technical expertise
  • Demonstrate innovation in practice
  • Position your organisation as a subject matter expert
  • Support professional development across highways and road infrastructure

Demand for CPD sessions is consistently high, and applications are subject to review and approval.

If you intend to apply, your stand must be secured before the deadline.

Apply here.

Fully Funded Start-Up Zone Places

Applications close 27 February

The dedicated Start-Up Zone offers eligible early-stage businesses a fully funded exhibition space at the Festival.

As a Community Interest Company, LCRIG reinvests back into the highways sector. The Start-Up Zone reflects that commitment, providing emerging small businesses with the opportunity to present their innovative solutions to local authorities, industry leaders and government representatives.

Places are limited, and applications close on 27 February.

Exhibit at the Festival

Exhibitor interest in the 2026 Festival has been strong, with a significant number of stands already secured, including returning organisations that have supported the event since its early years.

Organisations considering exhibiting are encouraged to confirm their place as soon as possible to:

  • Ensure eligibility to apply for a CPD session
  • Benefit from inclusion in LCRIG’s marketing and communications activity ahead of the Festival
  • Secure their preferred exhibition space

As participating organisations are announced, LCRIG will actively promote exhibitors and sponsors across its website, email communications and social channels in the lead-up to the event.
