Go-Ahead bus companies, East Yorkshire Buses and Morebus lead the way on passenger satisfaction, Transport Focus survey reveals
In the latest survey conducted by independent watchdog Transport Focus, two of Go-Ahead’s bus companies, East Yorkshire Buses and Morebus, have emerged as leaders in passenger satisfaction, scoring highly across metrics such as punctuality, journey time, onboard comfort, and driver friendliness.
The survey places Go-Ahead Group amongst the top performers in England. We are proud to see this commitment reflected in the customer satisfaction surveys.
The results of the ‘Your Bus Journey’ survey for 2023 highlighted Go-Ahead’s East Yorkshire Buses and Morebus operations achieving an impressive 90% overall satisfaction rate.
The survey has gathered feedback from over 35,000 journeys throughout England, providing valuable insights into bus passenger experiences. It evaluates various aspects such as onboard experience, interactions with drivers, waiting experiences at bus stops, and perceived value for money.
A notable finding from the survey indicates that nearly half of the passengers surveyed (48%) rely solely on bus services for their transportation needs, underscoring the importance of timely, reliable, and cost-effective services.
