Hereordshire County Council has issued an invitation to tender for the provision of Professional Services Contractor to support Highways and Infrastructure.
The Council’s objective for the service is for a single professional services provider (the Contractor) that:
• Delivers responsive and high-quality multi-disciplinary professional services
• Takes a partnership approach seeking to develop a long term relationship with Herefordshire (the Client) for the delivery of professional services
• Understand the needs of Herefordshire, its environment and communities
• Supports the Client team to develop its capability and capacity in the delivery and commissioning of professional services so that by the end of the Service Period it is in a stronger position.
