ITS Australia has annunced the result of its 2025 Board Elections. With 11 nominees vying for eight vacancies, the level of interest once again highlighted the strength and engagement within the ITS community.
The organisation welcomes a refreshed Board for 2026, including two new directors. Congratulations to our elected members:
- Richard Delplace, Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries
- Dennis Walsh, Department of Transport and Main Roads Queensland
- David Alderson, WSP
- Iain Denholm, Transmax
- Graham Lawrence, Amazon Web Services
- Ada Lin, Toyota Motor Corporation
- Anita Matuszweski, Transurban
- PaoYi Tan, National Transport Commission
- Jennifer Loake, TomTom
These directors join the existing, continuing Board members:
- Adele Beachley, Transport for NSW
- Jason Owusu, Victorian Department of Transport & Planning
- Scott Fennelly, Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA)
- Adriana-Simona Mihaita, University of Technology Sydney
- Majid Sarvi, The University of Melbourne
- Silje Troseth, Q-Free Australia Pty Ltd
- Dean Zabrieszach, HMI Technologies
Following the AGM, Silje Troseth was reappointed as President, with Dennis Walsh continuing in the role of Vice President, and Silje acknowledged the results that followed a competitive election process.
“Our members continue to demonstrate strong engagement in our annual board election, with more than half of eligible ITS Australia members casting their vote. This continued commitment to our association’s governance ensures we are guided by a dedicated board aligned in advancing our mission.”
“I warmly welcome our newly elected directors and congratulate those returning for 2025. I’m looking forward to working closely with my fellow board members to support the ITS Australia team as we deliver on the priorities set out in the Strategic Plan 2024–2027,” Ms Troseth said.
