ITS UK has won the Best Association/Supplier Partnership award alongside CiviPlus at the 2026 Trade Association Forum Awards.  The award recognises the strategic partnership between ITS UK and CiviPlus, which has transformed the way the association manages its membership, events and communications through the development and implementation of a new customer relationship manager system – commonly known as CRM – and a dedicated members area platform.

The collaboration has seen ITS UK move from fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes to a fully integrated digital platform, bringing together membership data, event management, communications and governance in one system. Since implementation, the partnership has delivered measurable improvements in member engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. 

Commenting on the joint win, the judges highlighted the co-creation model, technical innovation and the platform’s strategic role in supporting future growth.
