ITS UK is holding a Road User Charging Forum meeting at the Arup offices in London on 9 October from 12 noon to 4pm, with the aim of discussing some of the key challenges and opportunities around road user charging, both here in the UK and overseas.
In the UK, current innovations in road user pricing include the expansion and development of existing congestion charging schemes like London’s ULEZ, the development of dynamic road pricing based on real-time data, and exploration of alternative road user charging models. In this session you will hear the latest from across the UK industry on these schemes as well as some key updates from overseas, followed by a look ahead to what the future could have in store for road pricing.
ITS UK can confirm speakers from SICE UK, Capita (CTO Adam Searle) and M6 Toll (Marketing & Communications Director Joanna Seabright), as well as invited speakers from Tamar Bridge, Humber Bridge and Transport Scotland along with three international speakers to give us some insight from outside of the UK.
