The Home Office has published draft Submission Process Guidance on Home Office Type Approval and is seeking comments from the industry.
The new document will replace ‘Home Office Type Approval of Collision Reduction Equipment – Submission Process Guidance’ and also includes test plan, testing and test reporting guidance.
ITS UK is collating views on behalf of the sector to submit to HO and would like your thoughts on the document. Comments are welcomed, relating to the proposed guidance, including around whether the document is clear and relevant, provides useful information or whether there is anything you feel should be included which currently isn’t. All feedback will be anonymised.
