LCROIG have announce that next month’s Strictly Highways event on Blackpool has received CPD certification by the CPD Certification Service. This recognition ensures that delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance, demonstrating their commitment to continued professional development.
Earlier this month the agenda for the two-day event, featuring a mix of sessions aimed at enhancing knowledge and expertise in the highways and road infrastructure technology sector, was shared. Delegates will have the opportunity to hear from a diverse lineup of speakers, including representatives from local authorities, central government, and the wider sector. Discussion will focus on key topics such as collaboration, innovation, skills and decarbonisation – all aligned with LCRIG’s core activities.
Strictly Highways brings together the whole highways community, including councils, the Department for Transport (DfT), academia, industry associations, the supply chain, and media. The event provides an unparalleled opportunity to learn about new innovations and technologies, share experiences, receive updates from the DfT, and network across two days in the glittering setting of the Winter Gardens Ballroom.
In addition to a comprehensive conference programme, Strictly Highways will host over 50 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services. The event offers numerous networking opportunities, including an awards ceremony and an evening gathering that encourages industry peers to connect in a relaxed atmosphere while celebrating the sector’s achievements.
Fully funded places are still available for Public Sector delegates from local authorities who have not yet registered.
