The Dutch-based international smart mobility company Monotch has released a major update to its TLEX® product, a real-time data-sharing layer that connects road infrastructure, road users, applications, AI models, and data-exchange networks.
It says this release simplifies deployment and reduces implementation effort, enabling plug-and-play ecosystems with fine-grained governance and accelerated application and AI integration, delivering greater control and scalable digital mobility services.
It adds that the new release is designed to turn digital mobility investments into scalable operational results, helping organisations move from integration effort to measurable impact, and that, building on a decade of real-world deployments worldwide, the updated TLEX consolidates operational experience into a modular architecture designed for clarity, flexibility and growth.

At Intertraffic Amsterdam, Monotch will conduct the first live demonstrations of the new TLEX version, showcasing real-time deployment, ecosystem integration and scalable service activation.
