Yunex Traffic has acquired Traffic Solutions Limited (TSL), a leading supplier, installer and maintainer of traffic signal systems in Ireland.

As the exclusive supplier of Yunex Traffic solutions to Irish Local Authorities for the last three decades, TSL offers deep market knowledge, strong technical capability and a long-standing reputation for reliability. To ensure a seamless transition, TSL’s Managing Director Brian Lee will support an in-depth, structured handover, safeguarding knowledge, relationships and operational consistency for both customers and employees.

“We have deep respect for the business Brian has built and the trusted relationships TSL holds with its customers, and our first priority is to preserve what already works so well at TSL,” said Wilke Reints, Managing Director of Yunex Traffic UK. “This acquisition is about continuity and long-term stability, and the values of both organizations are completely aligned, and we will maintain our focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. By aligning TSL with Yunex Traffic, customers gain additional strength and resilience behind the same familiar service.”

Reflecting on the transition, Brian Lee, Managing Director of Traffic Solutions Limited, added:

“TSL has proudly supported Ireland’s local authorities for decades, and I’m delighted this step secures continuity for both our customers and our team. Our collaboration with Yunex Traffic has already delivered real value, and this next chapter ensures that support continues with confidence and stability.”

“This acquisition reflects our long-term commitment to the Irish market,” added Jon Newhard, CEO of Yunex Traffic. “By securing the future of a trusted local business, we are ensuring customers continue to benefit from stable delivery today while being well positioned to meet evolving transport challenges in the years ahead.”
