Amey Consulting have teamed up with FormScore to drive Mental Health and Wellbeing amongst the workforce.
Safer Highways member company Amey Consulting has teamed up with FormScore as part of a pilot scheme which will see over 300 employees test a new version off the app, designed to provide real-time insights as to how colleagues are coping during the testing times caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.
The FormScore was designed as a simple way to measure your mental wellbeing. It’s a way to track your moods and be open about how you’re feeling on a scale we can all understand.
Acknowledging that workplace wellbeing is vital to productivity FormScore are building a game changing application for businesses using the FormScore methodology that will help your people monitor their mental health and proactively manage their wellbeing. Form for Business will also provide you with a simple, real time measure of the health of your organisation in a way that fosters both social connections and user engagement.
Currently in its pilot phase, Amey Consulting are one of a limited number of companies who are testing the new app as a proof of concept.
