The Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, has published a statement on his personal website over comments regarding the Greater Manchester Clean Air Zone.
It regards allegations to do with perceived conflicts of interest over the zone, electric vehicle charging and work his wife does related to it.
Within the message, Mr Burnham refers to claims that have been made about his wife which he says “are frankly disgraceful”.
