The latest release of Apple’s operating system looks like it’ll have a range of new features for its maps, including warnings of speed camera locations and cycling directions.
Macrumors.com reports that iOS 14 will let users know when they’re approaching red light speed cameras along a route, and while details are still sketchy, Apple says they will let users see where individual cameras are located.
It adds that Apple Maps is gaining cycling directions, electric vehicle routing, and a new Guides recommendation that will help users find the best places to visit when taking a trip to a new location.
It’s not clear yet which regions these features will be available for – many countries including France and Germany ban the use of software to warn of enforcement camera locations.
