Balfour Beatty, the contractor responsible for the design and construction of the A9 Dualling: Tomatin to Moy project, is running a programme of ‘Meet the Contractor’ events in November for local residents to learn about the major construction works scheduled to begin in Spring 2025.

The sessions will offer local residents the opportunity to meet with key people from the project team and ask questions, to learn first-hand about the project, and to find out more about traffic management plans during the construction period.

The event in Tomatin will also involve a ‘family friendly’ afternoon and evening session, with interactive educational activities and refreshments.

The events will be supported by senior team members from Balfour Beatty and their designer, Mott Macdonald, as well as representatives from Transport Scotland and their advisors AtkinsRéalis Joint Venture.
