Chevron Traffic Management has announced the acquisition of Powys-based Highways Soft Estate maintenance companies, Camps Highways Limited and Camps Environmental Services (CES) Limited.
In a deal which completed on 1st March 2021, Camps Highways and CES have become part of the Chevron Group of companies which provides traffic management, digital services and soft estate maintenance services to a range of sectors including high speed, local authorities, rail, utilities and events.
Speaking about the acquisition, Chevron Group CEO, Tim Cockayne commented: “We are delighted to welcome Camps Highways and CES to the Chevron Group. We have been providing Soft Estate Maintenance services through our sister company, ACones Ltd and it has always been our intention to expand this part of our business.
Camps Highways will bring additional experience and a strong reputation in Highway Soft Estate Maintenance which will support our expansion plans. CES consultancy will also enhance the breadth of professional services we can offer’’.
Headquartered in Powys, Camps Highways and CES Ltd employ 38 people and have depots in Hampshire, Cambridgeshire and the West Midlands.
