Colas retains Investors in People Gold Status

Colas has announced that it has retained Investors In People Gold status, an award held for almost ten years. The company achieved the first accreditation from Investors In People in 2002, and were awarded Gold Status in 2012.

This ongoing success puts Colas into the top 17% of organisations who have achieved the Investors In People Gold accreditation.

Having accredited more than 50,000 organisations worldwide over thirty years’, the Investors In People Standard is recognised in 75 countries around the world, making it the global benchmark when it comes to people management.

Investors In People measure organisations against a framework which assesses leading, improving and supporting people.
