The Highways Champions Awards, hosted by Vernon Kay, are the only recognition awards formally backed by the UK’s major national highways institutions: National Highways, The Welsh Government and The Scottish Government.

The Awards are also fully endorsed by the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE), Road Safety Markings Association (RSMA), Road Surface Treatments Association (RSTA), Institute of Asphalt Technology (IAT), Traffic Management Contractors Association (TMCA) and Association of Directors of Environment, Economy, Planning and Transport (ADEPT). This breadth of support is unprecedented and highlights the trust the sector is placing in these new awards.
