Gaist, the global provider of roadscape insight and intelligence services and Safecote, an innovative winter service solutions company with Europe-wide links who have provided vital solutions to public and private industry for almost 20 years, have announced the availability of new national datasets to enable highways authorities to understand real time condition and performance on every road.
Gaist’s unique data provision can now be accessed from Safecote through the BM Road Service System, or independently to offer dynamic datasets never seen before in the winter service market. Local authorities will now be able to access direct, aggregated data on the road user experience to support their winter strategies, giving them valuable additional intelligence to keep their roads safe.
Tightened budgets and the annual challenges of winter weather conditions mean the need for innovation in winter highways authority service delivery is greater than ever- the combination of Gaist-accredited datasets and Safecote expertise and systems will give those responsible revolutionary new ways to plan and respond to these challenges.
