The 30th ITS World Congress takes place in Dubai from 16-20 September, and Qualcomm’s Senior Director of Product Management, Jim Misener, has been announced as one of the plenary speakers. Jim develops and executes deployment and strategies for Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X) and works closely with C-V2X industry, government, and other ecosystem players to accelerate commercialisation. He also leads efforts to adapt ITS standards and application protocols, address compliance and certification, and formulate trade association strategies.
