Serco’s advisory business +impact has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Transport Technology Framework – the UK public sector’s largest provision of transport and mobility services consultancy.
+impact’s appointment spans four lots, including:
Lot 1 – Transport Professional Services
Lot 2 – Transport Data Services
Lot 7a – System Integration
Lot 7c – Transport Network Management
These lots cover transport-related professional services, consultancy and project management; transport-related data services for collecting, processing, analysing and sharing data; and system integration. This
means +impact is now a supplier that can offer expert consultancy to all UK public sector organisations that can access the agreement. The framework aligns with UK Government transport policy initiatives and
supports social value objectives such as carbon reduction and localisation.
Since its 2024 launch +impact has quickly established itself as a distinctive alternative to the traditional consultancy model by offering advisory services grounded in real world operational delivery expertise
to support local and national government priorities. Working in partnership with Serco’s frontline teams, +impact delivers advisory support that can extend from solution design through to on-the-ground
implementation.
Phil Malem, +impact Chief Executive Officer, said:
“Being part of the CCS Transport Technology Framework gives +impact a fantastic platform to help public sector organisations deliver safer, greener and more connected transport systems. Increasingly, Governments and organisations are seeking advice backed by lived delivery experience; strategies that don’t just look good in theory but deliver measurable results in the real world. As Serco’s advisory business, we’re uniquely placed to offer practical, experience-based advice; we’re different because we do.”
