Kier Group has released its Annual Report & Accounts 2025, covering the past financial year to 30 June 2025.
“Infrastructure is the backbone of a thriving society,” the report says. “It connects people to opportunity, supports essential services, and underpins economic growth. Over the following pages, we explore how we make this happen. Now is a pivotal moment, as economic and political factors create a supportive environment for growth. We are operating in a landscape defined by economic ambition, geopolitical threats and environmental urgency. In response, there is a focus on national renewal and domestic investment – particularly in defence, energy security and regeneration. This landscape demands bold thinking, working in partnership with our customers and a deep sense of responsibility and purpose where Kier has natural strengths.”
Among a comprehensive set of financial and non-financial statistics, Kier Group boasted an £11bn order book, £4.1bn revenue, a £159.1m profit, scoring over 80% on the employee engagement index and achieved 71% reduction in SCOPE 1 and 2 emissions.
“Our thanks to everyone who works with and for us, we’re proud to be making a difference for communities and in this report you can see just some of the ways we are doing this,” the company added on LinkedIn.
