LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival 2026: Over 80% of indoor exhibition space sold

Demand for exhibition space at the LCRIG Innovation and Learning Festival 2026 continues to grow, with a significant proportion of stands already secured.

• Over 80% of indoor exhibition space has now sold

• 68% of outdoor exhibition space has been securedWith momentum building across the sector, availability is becoming increasingly limited.

The Festival, taking place on 24–25 June 2026, brings together the highways and road infrastructure technology community for two days of live demonstrations, CPD-accredited learning, exhibitions and purposeful networking. Exhibitor interest remains strong, with both returning organisations and new participants confirming their place early.

Charlotte Bromley, Head of Events at LCRIG, said:

“We are seeing strong demand across both indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces, with a significant proportion already secured. It is encouraging to see both returning exhibitors and new organisations confirming their participation. Organisations considering exhibiting are advised to secure their place soon to avoid disappointment.”

In 2025, the Festival welcomed over 800 delegates from more than 90 highway authorities across England, Scotland and Wales, alongside supply chain organisations, government representatives including the Department for Transport, industry associations, academia and the media.

In 2026, this momentum is expected to continue, with over 90 local authorities anticipated to attend, further strengthening the opportunity for exhibitors to engage with key decision-makers. This unique mix of attendees creates a valuable environment for organisations to:

• Engage directly with local authority professionals and decision-makers
• Showcase innovation and practical, ready-to-deploy solutions
• Build relationships across the highways and road infrastructure technology community
• Be part of conversations shaping the future of the sector

Organisations that confirm their place early will also benefit from extended visibility across LCRIG’s marketing and communications activity in the lead-up to the Festival.

With limited exhibition space remaining, organisations are encouraged to act now to secure their preferred position at the Festival.

Don’t miss your opportunity to showcase your organisation alongside sector leaders and connect with the people shaping the future of highways and road infrastructure technology.
