The Live Labs 2 Expo returns for its second year next month, showcasing groundbreaking innovations in local roads decarbonisation.  
 
And for the first time, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) attending the event are being given the opportunity to take part in live innovation pitches.

SMEs will be able to pitch their project or innovation to a Dragons’ Den style panel of industry specialists, including the Department for Transport and National Highways.  Up to 12 hand-picked SMEs will showcase their ideas, with each pitch limited to five minutes, demonstrating measurable carbon benefits. These pitches will be challenged by experts in front of the conference audience.

Taking place on 25th March at Liverpool’s Hilton Hotel, the Expo will feature programme updates, live demonstrations and networking opportunities with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and innovators in the local roads decarbonisation sector.  

To apply, SMEs are being asked to submit their pitch via the Expo website.
