Marlborough Highways has been named Mayor of London Apprenticeship Employer of the Year 2025, recognising the company’s growing commitment to helping people of all ages begin meaningful, long-term careers in the highways sector.
In 2024, Marlborough Highways launched its operational apprenticeship programme, giving people the chance to learn on the job, gain confidence and build valuable skills. Alongside this, the firm continued to invest in office-based apprenticeships..
“As Gold members of the Armed Force Covenant, Silver members of The 5% Club, signatories of the Ban the Box scheme and a proud Disability Confident Employer, we are committed to making opportunities accessible to all,” said a Marlborough spokesperson. “The team enjoyed a fantastic evening celebrating the value and impact of adult learning across London. Receiving this award is a true testament to the dedication, spirit and hard work of our apprentices and the people who support them every day.”
Commenting on the achievement, Marlborough Highways Managing Director, Matthew Revell, said:
