Milestone Infrastructure, a part of M Group Services’ Transport Division, has been awarded a place on the second-generation of the Procure Partnerships Framework national contractor framework.
Milestone will provide infrastructure services, including works on roads, motorways, bridges, and works in urban environments.
The framework will run for four years and start on 1 November 2023, with individual projects to be undertaken by Milestone valued up to £30 million.
Procure Partnerships Framework has been operating and delivering a successful national contractor framework across England for the past four years, supporting the delivery of over 150 projects year on year across all parts of the public sector, including local authorities, education, the NHS and the Blue Light sector.
This transformative framework is Procure Partnerships Framework’s first movement to deliver a national infrastructure framework, having a successful North West infrastructure framework already in place.
Work delivered by Milestone will include infrastructure works across nine sub-regions in the UK under the contract, continuing the business’s geographical expansion into the Midlands and the North. Other locations of work include London, the South East and the East of England.
Throughout the framework lifecycle, Milestone Infrastructure will work with Procure Partnerships Framework in its shared commitment to deliver social value, to support the local people and the communities where it works.
Ed Hartley, Regional Director at Milestone Infrastructure, said: “We’re delighted to win our place on these nine lots which align well with our existing presence and targeted growth regions. The framework aligns perfectly with our own ambition to deliver safer, greener highways with a focus on social value and sustainability. We look forward to working with Procure Partnerships Framework as the framework develops.”
Robbie Blackhurst, Director and Founder of Procure Partnerships Framework, said:
“We have expanded our portfolio to cater to the growing needs of the public sector while ensuring clients have access to specialist contractors for their projects.
“We are delighted to welcome Milestone infrastructure to our second iteration of the Procure Partnership Framework. The knowledge and expertise of Milestone’s people will be an invaluable asset to the infrastructure framework, and we look forward to working with them over the next four years.”
