Overnight closure on the M25 this weekend

Drivers are being advised that a closure is taking place this weekend (Saturday 10 August) on the M25 at junction 10, in Surrey.

To facilitate the delivery of multiple loads of concrete for constructing the second half of the western gyratory bridge deck, the M25 anticlockwise carriageway (from Heathrow towards Gatwick) will be closed overnight for 12 hours from Saturday 10 August 9pm to 9am Sunday 11 August.

During the closure, the clockwise carriageway (from Gatwick towards Heathrow) will be reduced to two lanes but will remain open. Additionally, the A3 is not affected and will be fully open.

All slip roads between the M25 and A3 will also be open and available.
Drivers should allow extra time for journeys during the closure and follow the signed diversion route: Leave the M25 at junction 10 A3 Wisley off slip road, pass around the gyratory and re-join the M25 via the on slip.
