Three new exhibitors sign up for JCT Traffic Signals Symposium

All Traffic Products, OrangeTek and Sensys Networks have signed up to exhibit alongside familiar suppliers and organisations at this year’s popular JCT Traffic Signals Symposium.

The three businesses are among 29 to join the exhibition at Nottingham Trent University this September, with space almost sold out in what promises to be the biggest version of the event ever.

“All Traffic Products have recognised that the JCT Symposium is the premier event in the traffic signals industry and as the industry’s most experienced and specialist producer of traffic signal support structures we need to be there,” explained Director Alan Nicholas.  “We will be exhibiting a comprehensive range of industry standard posts, meet the delegates and be on hand to answer any technical or service-related questions that they may have.”

Meanwhile Orangetek principal Nigel Parry commented: “As relative newcomers to the UK traffic signals and communications market in the UK, we are looking forward to meeting the industry and individuals in what sounds like an educational and entertaining setting. OrangeTek is a key traffic signals supplier across the other side of the globe, notably Australia and New Zealand and has been a leading LED street light supplier to the Highways sector in the UK for many years.  We are enthusiastically looking forward  to sharing that expertise here in the UK with all interested parties to facilitate the deployment of leading digital technology.”

Jane Heywood of Sensys Networks added: “For over a decade, our innovative wireless magnetometers, designed to replace traditional inductive loops, have been distributed throughout the UK.  As the original manufacturer of this cutting-edge technology, we are eager to deepen our understanding of the UK traffic signal market and to directly engage with our valued end-users and industry consultants.  We are introducing our new FlexMag3 sensors at the Symposium and look forward to connecting with industry professionals and showcasing our state-of-the-art solutions that drive smarter, safer, and more sustainable urban mobility.”

These three innovators join returning exhibitors AGD Systems, ARTSM, Austar Lighting Shanghai, Coeval, FLIR Systems, Hydro, INRIX, ITS UK, LCRIG, Messagemaker Displays, NAL, NOW Wireless, PTV, RTEM, Simplifai Systems, Smartmicro UK, SRL, Starling Technologies, SWARCO, Telent Technology Services, Traffic Group Signals, TRL Software, TRP, Vivacity Labs, Westcotec and Yunex Traffic in the event.

“Year on year our event keeps getting bigger and it’s always a delight to introduce new exhibitors to our floorplan,” commented JCT Director John Nightingale who organises the event.  “Adding new exhibitors enhances the event and gives people even more reason to come.  We’ve reorganised the exhibition space to fit more in, so have room for only five more stands.  Anyone keen to join anyone who is anyone in the traffic management industry should please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid missing out.”

The Symposium on 11 and 12 September not only involves a must-see exhibition, but also features two days of presentations and speeches alongside social events including the barbecue to kick off the networking on Tuesday 10 September and the Swarco Drinks Reception and Yunex Traffic Gala Dinner the night after.  The free-to-attend MOVA User Group takes place during the day on the Tuesday.
