The Transport Technology Forum is again giving small and medium enterprises the opportunity to attend Europe’s leading Intelligent Transport Systems event next April by taking a space on the UK Pavilion.
The TTF has hosted the Pavilion at previous European Congresses in Lisbon and Seville, as well as the ITS World Congress in Dubai last year, and companies can now sign up to take part at the next Congress in the Turkish city of Istanbul from the 27 to 29 April 2026. This is in partnership with the Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG), supported by the Department for Transport and Transport for West Midlands (hosts of the 2027 ITS World Congress).
From just £3,250 participants on the Pavilion can take one of nine spaces to showcase their innovations in road transport technology on this international stage. As well as an individual pod space, they will enjoy high-profile branding, inclusion in marketing material and on-stand videos, as well as exhibition passes, invitations to any delegation receptions.
There will also be the opportunity to make connections and network with peers from across the world, find potential business partners and meet industry experts. Organisers will facilitate introductions with key stakeholders for the participants exhibiting on the UK Pavilion throughout the duration of the Congress.
Companies will also get the chance to boost their brand to spend a little more and sponsor the UK Pavilion Reception. All the packages are priced at a reduced cost thanks to funding support for the pavilion from the Department for Transport.
Participants will enjoy branding and publicity from the moment they sign up, and the here at Highways News we will also be producing podcasts featuring the UK stand participants before and during the event. Participants will not only get to promote themselves, but also get to experience leading smart mobility solutions and may also take part in the conference giving them an opportunity to learn about the latest ITS technologies and implementations. Participants will be part of a Congress with more than 5,000 visitors expected, alongside more than a hundred other exhibitors.
“The feedback we have had from SMEs working with us in previous Congresses has been extremely positive, and as we count down to the UK hosting the World Congress at Birmingham’s NEC in 2027, attendance in Istanbul will be extremely useful in growing a company’s profile to an international audience,” commented LCRIG Managing Director Kerry Winstanley. “We know many companies who have exhibited with us before are already looking to re-sign, so please get in touch quickly to book your space before all the pods are snapped up.”
Officials from the Department for Transport, LCRIG and Transport for West Midlands’ Birmingham 2027 team will also be participating on the UK Pavilion.
