Women in Bus and Coach welcomes Victoria Armstrong and Laura Hadzik to its Board of Directors

Women in Bus and Coach (WiBC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Victoria Armstrong and Laura Hadzik to its Board of Directors. Their extensive experience and deep commitment to the transport sector will further strengthen WiBC’s mission to champion and support women within the industry.

Victoria Armstrong is the Chief Executive of the Community Transport Association (CTA), where she leads efforts to provide accessible, community-led transport solutions that address unmet mobility needs. With a background in disability advocacy, legal expertise, and applied social sciences, Victoria brings a strong foundation in equality, diversity, and inclusion – values that align seamlessly with WiBC’s objectives.

Laura Hadzik, Partner and Head of Commercial Road Transport at JMW Solicitors LLP, is a highly regarded road transport solicitor, known for her extensive expertise in regulatory and compliance matters across the bus and coach industry. She has been a dedicated advocate for diversity within the sector and has actively supported WiBC since its inception. Laura’s leadership in transport law, her industry-wide recognition, and her passion for supporting operators will be invaluable to the board.
