Capita wins Emovis Dartford print and fulfilment contract

Capita has announces that its Capita Intelligent Communications (CIC) team has secured a new contract with Emovis, a leading provider of electronic toll payment solutions, to deliver print and fulfilment services for enforcement documentation and correspondence related to the Dartford Crossing.

The contract is valued at £1.27m for production, with additional postage services estimated at £10.5m, contributing to a total projected revenue of £11.8m over the initial term of 46 months. 

Under the agreement, Capita will provide high-volume print and fulfilment services from its Mansfield facility, supporting Emovis’ operational requirements for the Dartford tunnel and river crossing. The deal reflects Capita’s proven track record in delivering complex, high-volume communications and its commitment to operational excellence.
