Umovity strengthens leadership team with key appointments

Umovity has announced three senior appointments across its ITS and software businesses. The appointments reinforce the company’s strategic focus on technology excellence, product innovation, and scalable go-to-market execution.

Umovity Group CEO Andy Myers (pictured) announced the appointment of Hans M. Molin as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Umovity ITS by Econolite. In addition, Hilary Aylesworth joins Umovity Software by PTV Group as Chief Product and Technology Officer, and Matthew May has been appointed Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations and Enablement.

Hans M. Molin brings comprehensive experience in building and integrating cutting-edge technologies across the automotive, commercial vehicle, and intelligent mobility sectors. With a proven track record in developing and commercializing cloud and AI platform systems, he will drive the development of solutions at Umovity ITS that deliver transformative improvements in public safety and mobility. As CTO, Hans will lead the technology strategy and innovation agenda for the ITS business.

Hilary Aylesworth brings more than 15 years of senior product and technology leadership experience across high-growth, private equity-backed, and enterprise software businesses. Throughout her career, she has built, scaled, and modernized SaaS platforms, leading large, distributed product and engineering organizations while implementing best-practice operating models to drive innovation and commercial impact. At Umovity Software, Hilary will own the end-to-end software product and technology strategy, spanning platform architecture, cloud transformation, product development, and operational excellence.

As Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations and Enablement, Matthew May will design and optimize Umovity Software’s global sales operating model. He will focus on driving performance, productivity, and scalability across the company’s go-to-market organization, championing value-based selling capabilities, and delivering actionable insights through data-driven governance and analytics.
