Brian Jones has joined Highway Care as its new Transport Manager. He follows several new appointments made by the company over the past few years to help with its continued development.
Based at the company’s Grantham depot, he will be responsible for the company’s fleet of vehicles and will be tasked with improving their efficiency and effectiveness as well as training the drivers.

During that time, he drove a truck around Europe to help support the Rolling Stones and ACDC on tour. He is also a RRITB qualified instructor.
Andrew MacCuish, Operations Director at Highway Care said: “I’m delighted to welcome Brian to Highway Care and thrilled that he chose to join us. Brian has a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in transport and driver management, as well as being an accredited driver trainer.
“His experience and enthusiasm for digitalisation will support the implementation and management of our digitalisation aspirations of being truly paperless. I look forward to working with him and supporting him to continually improve our fleet and driver performance.”
Speaking about his appointment, Mr Jones said: “I am really pleased to join Highway Care at a great time in its development. I look forward to continuing my learning and development while utilising my experience to further develop and grow an already impressive and established team.”
