Chevron Traffic Management has announced the acquisition of Scottish traffic management company, Class One Traffic Management Limited.
In a deal which completed on 1st October, Class One TM will become part of the Chevron Group of companies which provides traffic management, digital and arboriculture services in a range of sectors including the high speed and local networks as well as rail, utilities and events.
Speaking about the acquisition, Chevron CEO, Tim Cockayne said: “We are delighted to welcome Class One TM to Chevron. Class One TM is a perfect fit for our group.
