Enforcement and ANPR camera technology provider Jenoptik has appointed David Aspinall, one of the industry’s most experienced automated enforcement experts, as Traffic Law Enforcement Business Manager.
David Aspinall has worked for more than 18 years as a road safety engineer and business development professional, helping to implement hundreds of traffic law enforcement (TLE) systems across Europe and North America. These have contributed towards more compliance and reduced fatal and serious crashes.
In his new position, he will contribute to the sales team’s efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive the growth of Jenoptik’s Intelligent Transport Solutions (ITS) and Road Safety product portfolio in the UK.
During his career, David Aspinall has trained engineers, operators and police staff on enforcement system operations and has worked on risk mitigation, tendering, account and contract management.
