The Department for Transport’s new roadworks database is now online and being used by all authorities and utilities in England.

Street Manager digital service for planning and managing utility street and highway authority road works is now live and being used by all authorities and utilities in England. 

Street Manager has data on all utility street works and highway authority road works on the public road network in England.  It also has information on other activities, for example, special events and road closures for other reasons.

Open data is now available on live works for anyone to take and use in products that may be being used for planning works, asset management, congestion and network management.

More fields will be published for planned works and activities by the end of September.
