Re-flow Wins The Sunday Times Best Places to Work Award for the Second Year in a Row

Last year, getting selected as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2023 was an affirming and gratifying moment in Re-flow’s (then) 5-year growth.

The company has said it is ‘thrilled’ to announce that it has now been awarded with this accolade for a second year running.

The award recognises organisations in the UK that excel in creating positive workplace environments, based on employee feedback and engagement surveys. It’s a prestigious accolade that highlights companies committed to employee well-being, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.

The Sunday Times partnered with employee-experience platform WorkL to deliver fresh insights into what makes a ‘Best Place to Work’. The award uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics, and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing, and discretionary effort in the workplace.

To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must get strong results across WorkL’s six-step framework:

1. Reward and Recognition

2. Instilling Pride

3. Information Sharing

4. Empowerment

5. Wellbeing

6. Job Satisfaction

Chris Longcroft, EVP Publisher, The Times and The Sunday Times, said: ‘All organisations are only as good as the people they employ and retain. The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards recognise companies that are innovating to create an engaged and fulfilling working environment for all and in so doing they are creating the best possible platform for business success. To be named on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list is a true recognition of excellence and I congratulate those organisations who made the grade this year.’

Re-flow takes immense pride in our steady and rapid growth. As we bring in new talent, we continue to ensure we remain a tight-knit team with a friendly and welcoming environment where we work together to achieve collective goals.

Caring for staff, being inclusive, and offering opportunities for career progression have led to a workplace where Re-flow employees enjoy coming into the office and are motivated to work hard for our customers.

Mike Saunders, CEO and Co-Founder of Re-flow said: ‘I can’t stress how important culture should be to every business. From day one, wellbeing should come above all else, and companies should make sure that their traditions, attitudes, values, and behaviours are ones that align with their employees and practices.

When you spend the majority of your time at work, it should be an environment that you not only enjoy but grow in. A healthy workplace culture has the power to bring out the very best in a team. When we prioritise our staff’s well-being, we unlock unlimited potential in our organisation. We continue to make this commitment and are so happy to receive this recognition.’

The company offers many benefits: professional development opportunities, YuLife medical and dental insurance, EdenRed – an in-app system that delivers incentives, rewards, and shopping discounts – along with a lively social calendar, which strengthens team bonds and lets employees blow off steam.

Overall, Re-flow is a vibrant, exciting and fulfilling place to work and develop, the company said.
