Transport Technology Forum adds real-world on-road demos to 2026 Conference

The Transport Technology Forum is growing its popular annual Conference by coupling its traditional two days of discussion with a series of outdoor demonstrations.

The event, which returns to the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island in from 16-18 March 2026 will include discussions around how technology is solving road transport challenges, details of the government’s priorities and policies and the funding landscape, and share examples of best practice around digital solutions,
cybersecurity and collaboration.

After a series of TTF demonstration days at the UTAC Proving Ground in Millbrook, Bedfordshire, which showcased a wide range of connected vehicle solutions in the real world, demonstrations will be held during the conference next year, meaning more people can see for themselves just how advanced technological solutions can be embraced to solve the challenges they face.

Demonstrations will show real world applications of the Connected Vehicle Services Framework, including the use of technology to deliver safer roads for all, improve growth by reducing congestion, improve network resilience and the use of Artificial Intelligence to achieve policy aims.

Working with the Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG), the TTF will again offer fully-funded places for local authority representatives from across the UK.

Bookings are now open. Visit the website to find details of sponsorship and exhibitor packages and the registration form to apply for local authority fully-funded places which include a delegate pass, hotel accommodation and catering and
