The Managing Director of smartmicro UK, Peter Eccleson, has talked about his long career in the transport industry, describing it as his “passion, hobby and home.”
The industry veteran talks about being on the ground floor of countless exciting projects and helping to build businesses from the ground up. “Every milestone has been a stepping stone, and I’m proud of the legacy being shaped—one innovation at a time,” he said, and that “Retirement isn’t even on my horizon yet. Here’s to the past and even more to the future!”
In the interview, he talks about his career, challenges and gives advice to people starting out in the industry, saying: “one of the most valuable things you can bring is a mindset rooted in curiosity and adaptability.”
