TRL have appointment Kay Jarvis as its new Chief People Officer. Kay brings extensive experience providing leadership and expertise across a broad range of business operational functions, consistently adding strategic value and delivering meaningful results.
With strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of organisational performance, she has a proven ability to translate business plans and strategic goals into the resource capabilities required to achieve sustainable success.
Her expertise spans developing effective strategic business implementation, change and engagement plans, alongside comprehensive workforce planning, business realignments and stakeholder alignment. She has significant experience implementing policies, procedures and business improvement processes, managing complex employee relations cases, and leading talent and succession planning initiatives that build long-term
organisational capability.
Most recently, Kay worked at Royal Mail, where she played a pivotal role in transforming its electric fleet into the largest electric fleet in the UK, an award-winning programme delivered over two years. Previously Kay served as People & Business Operations Director for British electric truck manufacturer Tevva Motors, supporting the scaling of UK engineering and manufacturing operations during a period of rapid growth.
At TRL, Kay will lead the organisation’s people strategy, ensuring teams are aligned, empowered and supported as the business continues to innovate and deliver impact across the transport and mobility sector.
