LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival: Book your place!

There are just five weeks to go until the LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival 2026, so now is the time to secure your place at one of the sector’s leading events for highways and road infrastructure technology.

Taking place on 24 and 25 June 2026 at NAEC Stoneleigh, this unique event brings together local authorities, contractors, suppliers, apprentices and industry leaders for two days of learning, collaboration and innovation.

In 2025, the Festival brought together over 800 delegates from more than 90 highway authorities across England, Scotland and Wales, alongside supply chain organisations, government representatives including the Department for Transport (DfT), National Highways, industry associations, academia, and the media.

This year, over 90 local authorities are anticipated to attend once again, creating valuable opportunities to engage directly with key decision-makers and sector professionals.

• Connect directly with decision-makers from local authorities, the DfT, National Highways and the wider sector
• Showcase products, services and innovations to a highly targeted audience
• Raise your profile through pre-event marketing and onsite visibility
• Be part of discussions shaping the future of highways and transport
• Build relationships with organisations from across the sector

Alongside the exhibition, the Festival will feature:

  • CPD-accredited Technical Training Sessions
  • Live demonstrations
  • The TTF Innovation & Learning Tent
  • Apprentice-focused content and workshops
  • Networking opportunities across the two-day event
  • The DfT Special Recognition Apprentice Awards

With indoor exhibition space now over 90% sold and just five weeks remaining until the Festival, organisations considering exhibiting are encouraged to book as soon as possible.

Exhibitors booking now will still benefit from inclusion in ongoing pre-event marketing and communications activity ahead of the Festival.
