Chevron TM acquires Scottish traffic management business Class One

Chevron Traffic Management has announced the acquisition of Scottish traffic management company, Class One Traffic Management Limited.

In a deal which completed on 1st October, Class One TM will become part of the Chevron Group of companies which provides traffic management, digital and arboriculture services in a range of sectors including the high speed and local networks as well as rail, utilities and events.

Speaking about the acquisition, Chevron CEO, Tim Cockayne said: “We are delighted to welcome Class One TM to Chevron.  Class One TM is a perfect fit for our group.  As well as being the leading traffic management company in Scotland, it shares our commitment to be the leading Work Zone Safety Company in the UK.  We are looking forward to sharing experiences and opportunities to our mutual benefits.”
