Highways News announces second theme week focusing on highways maintenance

Highways News is calling on the highways maintenance sector to get in touch with ideas for content for its second ever theme week.

It is looking for suggestions not only for news for its daily newsletter relating to maintenance and surface treatments, but suggestions and ideas for case studies, technical articles, thought leadership or interviews, to bring a focus and spotlight on this important industry sector.

Highways News launched its first ever theme week on traffic signals earlier this month to coincide with the annual JCT Traffic Signals Symposium, where it was a media partner. This can be viewed at: Traffic Signals – Highways News (highways-news.com)

“The idea of theme weeks is for us to update our ever growing audience on in-depth developments in each of the industry sectors and you can only really make this effective if it is a real mixture of different, engaging short and long-form content that goes alongside our daily news briefings and podcast series,” says Paul Hutton, Director and Co-owner of Highways News. “Through our experience and contacts in the industry we get to hear about a lot of developments in the sector, but not everything. We would really welcome discussions on how we can help the industry tell its success stories and new ways of working,” he added.

Now Highways News is calling on industry to provide it with highway maintenance related material to publish week beginning October 18th.

If you want to get in touch with any ideas, please do so at:enquiries@highways-news.com or call: 07866 422523.
