Highways News co-owner Paul Hutton has appeared on national radio to discuss the ongoing debate about the safety of smart motorways.

Hutton, a regular on radio stations across the country as a go-to commentator on transport technology matters, was approached by Radio 2’s Jeremy Vine show to give his views on the concept, implementation and safety features of all-lane running.
