She has worked on transactions in healthcare, industrials, technology, media and telecoms (TMT), defence, construction and financial services.

It adds she has extensive hands-on experience of advising boards on option analysis to achieve their strategic goals, manage their operational risks and review financial plans. She has also developed a deep understanding of how to employ her commercial experience in a government environment, using her communication and relationship-building skills to manage conflicting stakeholder objectives.

National Highways Chairman, Dipesh J Shah OBE said: “I am delighted to welcome Sukhi to the National Highways Board. She is a welcome addition to the Board and brings a wealth of experience which will be relevant to the company’s work. In particular, her deep knowledge of corporate finance and stakeholder management within government departments will be invaluable. I look forward to working with Sukhi.”
