Octavius Infrastructure achieves Gold Standard Procurement Award from National Highways

Octavius Infrastructure’s memorable start to 2025 has continued after it won the National Highways Gold Standard Procurement award, only weeks after winning all three lots on the EHA 4 Framework and three lots on the NEPO Framwork

The National Highways Gold Standard is a collaborative assessment initiative which focusses on the continuous development of maturity levels within its supply chain and their strategic alignment to National
Highways.

The assessment process is evidence based where supply chain partners are evaluated across 10 assessment areas comprised of 28 sub-criteria including category management, procurement approaches and strategies,
value creation and delivery (including sustainability, social value, innovation) and commercial management.

Suppliers must provide and present evidence on how they deliver best practice in a live environment across all criteria in order achieve Gold status.

Gavin Pritchard Managing Director at Octavius Infrastructure Highways said “We have been on a collaborative 3-year journey of continual improvement to attain top marks in the Gold Standard Assessment and receive this award.

The 100% achievement across the 28 sub-criteria is recognition of the fantastic commitment of our people across the business, to operate with the rigor and industry leading procurement activity that National
Highways rightly demand, and we are incredibly proud to be part of a select few within the sector that exhibit that procurement excellence.
