Police in Cheshire have caught a people carrier carrying more than double the number of people it should carry.

The vehicle (pictured) was on the M62 as the vehicle looked overloaded.

Writing on X, formerly Twitter, Police say they were shocked to find 15 people in the vehicle, including children. All of them were unrestrained.

The driver and unrestrained adults issued Traffic Offence Reports.
