Surrey County Council has published a detailed list of the roads and transport proposals and consultations that are currenty under consideration.
“Before we can introduce changes to the highway, we normally have to advertise our intention to make the changes and give people the opportunity to tell us what they think about them,” the council says. “We are obliged to consider any feedback that we receive before making a final decision whether to still go ahead, with or without any changes.”
The list shows proposals and consultations for new highway schemes and policies that are out for public consideration.
Surrey is currently proposing to introduce schemes in Elmbrige, Epsom & Ewell, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Surrey Heath, Tandridge, Waverley and Woking, in addition to several county-schemes.
