South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to inform the development of a future procurement strategy for the digital, data and technology ecosystem required to support the delivery of bus franchising services, says ProContract.

The Authority is seeking input from organisations with relevant experience in delivering integrated transport, operational, financial, customer and data platforms at scale. This exercise is currently not a call for competition or procurement.

The expression of interest window is open until noon on 9 June and covers Software package and information systems, transport systems consultancy services and information systems or technology strategic review and planning services.
